Today, an unofficial version of the 2013 Jets schedule was leaked on Twitter. This not only excited me but the whole city of Winnipeg is buzzing. The NHL is still adjusting schedules to fit certain team needs but this schedule looks very real and more than likely will not change.

There is some very intriguing game on this schedule. Below I will name some of the top facts that go along with this schedule.

*Winnipeg would play 48 games over 97 days.

*7 times the Jets would play two nights in a row.

* The Jets' Southeast Division breakdown of opponents would see them face Florida and Washington five times with four games against each Carolina and Tampa Bay.

*The Jets will also play three games each against the rest of the Eastern Conference teams.

*The Jets are to be on the road for eight of 14 games in February, but finish up with seven of their last eight at the MTS Centre.

While this schedule looks very intriguing, it will also be a challenge. Hopefully Coach Noel will have the guys ready and we will "Take Off" once the season starts.
